What is a Serial Filler?

Each of the 10 spots will be allocated a number from 0-9, any cards that match the teams in the filler will be allocated to the spot that has the matching number to the left hand serial number on the card. For example, if a card numbered 12/35 comes out, it will go to the person who has #2 in the serial filler!
